Since december 2012 Battlestations: Midway is supported by GameSpy no longer. The only one possibility for Midway players is GameRanger. Please visit www.gameranger.com, download Gameranger client and make new account. You can find other Midway players in the Gameranger rooms. BS:M patch 1.1.1 is required to play online battles. Iowa Mission Pack and Midway Modders Mappacks 1 and 2 are recommended.

My Lightwave 9.0 Convert MMOD file, display an error,I don't know why,I want to know your Can Convert the normal?

Greetings.
Just to inform you, if you've gotten a clue of what's happening recently, some newer members are still trying to figure out a way to properly edit and create .mmod files efficiently (I salute sir SurgeonSasha, and sir Axis_Crusher for trying to lend a hand on the matter). Though ancient modders accomplished it like a boss, almost all of them involved with .mmod development back then are either gone, really gone, busy with real life, or just on the shadows watching closely but for some reason is silent.
Lately, Sir SurgeonSasha's been trying to develop an .mmod editor/viewer/creator, and in need of help from someone  who knows Visual C + + for things to happen.

BSP models created using Softimage XSI (3d), Crazybump (creating normal maps from a texture) and Adobe Photoshop! 3D models are compiled together with the script files (. Lua) in MMOD file in a separate program created by programmers from Eidos Studios Hungary (something like mmod creator or editor).

the c++ source is really not that hard
i dont know much c++

I finally got it working, and just figured out how to make the updater now since it'll be two parts with one containing the misc files and the other mostly the mpak files. It'll be a stand - alone DLC mod just like the Bismarck Mission Pack was. Like I said I plan to have it all completed and uploaded by this weekend

  • N_Trainz : Hope you won't mind the wait, it'll be worth it if you ask me, and yes I do understand that you can't download due to that cap Mege has. I heard the PM was down, but haven't tried it as I been busy helping the BSmodHQ team with things and then those that are life - in - general.
