Since december 2012 Battlestations: Midway is supported by GameSpy no longer. The only one possibility for Midway players is GameRanger. Please visit www.gameranger.com, download Gameranger client and make new account. You can find other Midway players in the Gameranger rooms. BS:M patch 1.1.1 is required to play online battles. Iowa Mission Pack and Midway Modders Mappacks 1 and 2 are recommended.

Ok this is going to be hell if people are using Map numbers that other people are using and its going to cause chaos. This is going to be a simple list of which mission numbers that are in current use and which arent. If you are using a number post it here so I can put it in the list so nobody accidentally uses your number

Also just for the sake of space don't claim a map number if you have yet to plan the map or even remotely begun working on it or dont have any intention of working on it any time soon (3 months later doesn't count as soon), do not list a post to put it in the list!

good plane tipsy this way it will be less confusion

the maps still have to be manually written in the multi globals file in order to list them all

no overwriting, because that would dellete entrys in the file

Perhaps a Baltimore for Ten-Go make it more armored then a normal CA perhaps 120 same with a Graf Spree class to help but we will also need to design new guns for these. They could do 225 damage(midway between 14 inch and 8 as 11 is in the middle of them) fire 6 rpm with a range of 1.48 I was really going into hard thinking about this. We could add 6 aa and 8 6in guns with 2 quad tubes. We can use Renown for base but only 120 armor like baltimore. But making sure that the secondary aa is not dual so its an even match between Baltimore and Graf Spree. But this is just my thinking.

okay, then i geuss velcor's map will be the first map of our next mappack

speaking of it

does it still have the saame islands as suriago and are they still in the same positiona
last time velcor spoke to me on pm he sayed the islands glitched bad when he tryed to move them

I personaly don't like it when maps use identical island positions, it feels to much like a clone

on the other hand I it cant be helped

still I would like to try if i cant get them to move properly (no garanties dough)

  • The Dictator : Makeo67 i've explained how to find the unused slots in the topic and the mmod2txm it's a program that has been shared. However there aren't so many ships with unused platforms and sme of them are in wrong positions and for move them you need to know how to change the mmod file. But if you know how to do it you can make new platfors as you want. I've shared the south dakota disposition and this one is the most intersting in my opinion
